Which brands are represented at the trade fair?

Manufacturers and producers from Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and other parts of Europe will be represented. We will shortly be publishing a list of participating exhibitors online and will update it regularly.

Which products are on display at the trade fair?

WESTGENUSS showcases exclusively artisanal and handcrafted products – no mass-produced goods. The range includes wines, sparkling wines, spirits, craft beer, non-alcoholic drinks, coffee and tea, fine foods, cheeses and delicacies, as well as high-quality kitchenware, knives and accessories. The range is complemented by handcrafted items from the worlds of design and lifestyle.

What payment methods are accepted at the trade fair?

Exhibitors are free to decide for themselves how payment can be made at their stands.

Will there be a box office?

Yes, there will be a box office.

What is the minimum age for entry?

As alcoholic drinks are on offer and on display at the fair, admission is restricted to those aged 18 and over. ID checks will be carried out at the entrance.

Can I leave the exhibition and come back again?

Yes, on the day your ticket is valid, you can leave the exhibition as often as you like and come back again. When you enter the exhibition, you will be given a colour-coded wristband, which you simply show at the entrance when you return.
If the wristband is damaged or shows signs of tampering, we reserve the right to carry out a follow-up check.

Are dogs – or animals in general – allowed at the trade fair?

As food is on sale at the fair, dogs and other animals are not permitted indoors.

Can tickets be returned once they have been purchased?

No. Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned. As a general rule, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for event tickets.
However, in the event of an emergency, tickets may be transferred to people aged 18 or over. In the event of the trade fair being cancelled or postponed, ticket holders will be informed of the next steps.

Where can you park your car near the exhibition centre?

The parking situation directly at the exhibition centre is tight. Parking is strictly prohibited directly in front of the Kaiser-Friedrich-Halle on event days. The car parks directly adjacent on Beethovenstraße will be reserved for exhibitors.
Further parking spaces are available in the Gründerzeit district between Bismarckstraße and Steinmetzstraße, as well as in the Kapuzinerplatz, Marienhof 1 and 2, and Theatergalerie car parks. We recommend travelling by public transport or by bike.
